I haven't written many things on here lately because I've been doing battle with my life outside of real estate.3 surgeries in 3 year. and lots of PT. Anyone facing their own troubles knows that can be a long an arduous journey.

That does't mean we haven't been busy selling homes and helping people purchase..I've had to leave that up to my team: Branden Meyer and Angela White. In fact we just listed one in Pickerington and put it into contract before we could put out much advertising.

We have 2 more coming on the market soon and I hope we sell them as quickly as the last two homes that both sold in 2 days!

So, if you want to know the best time to list your home- its right now! Interest rates have dropped a bit and people are looking! Don't wait too long.
