April home prices are in for Central Ohio.
A few things stood out:
đ Westerville led the region with a 16.1% increase in median home price.
đ Newark (+15.6%) and Hilliard (+15.2%) werenât far behind.
đ Meanwhile, Delaware (-5.3%) and Bexley (-6.1%) moved in the opposite direction.
And while New Albany ($776,000) and Dublin ($582,500) remain some of the regionâs most expensive markets, both were essentially unchanged from a year ago.
Just another reminder that whatâs happening in one Central Ohio community isnât always whatâs happening in another.
Which cityâs number surprised you the most?
