Good Evening,

Yesterday I got to close on a home with this beautiful person!! Let’s just start down memory lane with our path! First she almost gave up not thinking she could do it on the credit side! So we went over everything and I told her .. I trusted we can make this happen!

First things first when dealing with a person that truly wants to help more than the service we have to start by listening to the coach 🙌🏽

So we discuss down payment programs and then of course we find one that fits so this is where Quetta Quedazzle Hayes comes in.

When I say Janae Vick worked her but off everything I told her to do she did it.

We went in contract on one house at the beginning of November inspection comes back… vroom.. (Janae gets colder feet ) I had to coach her to wheel it in and don’t give up.

Now let’s say it just wasn’t that easy once we got the preapproval got through the program Janae became worried.. she came to me and said Kyara how am I going to do all of this.

I told her simply I got you do not worry! 😉

So then we crossed several paths needless to say no matter what hurdle came upon us from November 17 until January 2nd we were in contract trying to get everything done.

I promise you it was one thing after another up until 2 days before closing.
Janae by the end of this had firm trust in this process and after all said and done she did not think it could be done or handled but as I am the realtor of all no one gets left behind. I make sure that we cross that line even if I gotta jump in and push it let’s go

Always remember this if something is given it’s going to be process nothing in life is truly free! But if you want it you can get it and it’s all types of ways it can be done but the first thing is consistency and not giving up.
