⛄️ Winter Storm Reminder from Your Realtor ⛄️

We’re expecting a serious snow and ice storm tonight, with dangerously cold temperatures. Hopefully everyone’s settled in, but if you’re still finishing up preparations, a quick home check can help:
• Let faucets drip
• Open cabinets where pipes run along exterior walls
• Disconnect hoses and secure outdoor items
• Consider turning your furnace down a few degrees and bundling up

Power outages are possible, so it’s a good idea to have a few basics ready:
• Flashlights
• Phone chargers or power banks
• Blankets
• Medications
• Water and easy-to-grab food

Once the storm starts, it’s safest to stay off the roads. If you can, check in on neighbors — especially anyone elderly or living alone. Stay warm, take care of each other, and here’s to everyone getting through the night safe and cozy!
