UNPOPULAR OPINION
"It's a good time to buy."

Now I know that sounds absurd, but hear me out. Over the last 24 months many buyers had to purchase a home site unseen, waive all contingencies, and bid high above the asking price just to get a home. Most had to compromise. A recent study by Homelight found that 70% of recent buyers have at least one regret. 1 in 5 people admit they bought too quickly. Buyers today have more confidence because they have more negotiating power, more options, and more time to weigh the options. With the average homeowner living in the same home for 13 years, we think having more time to evaluate is a good thing. No one can predict where the market is headed. But given what we know, the decision to buy might be worth considering.
