Happy Friday evening to all of my friends! My happy heart is soaring with all of my surroundings. The star of them is the super fresh and delicious sacalait fillets and a couple of whole ones, that were given to me by the king fisherman of Belle River and the surrounding areas. Yes, Mack Aldridge is the absolute best!
The French fries came out so crispy. They must be dried well and started in cold oil for that extra crunch!
Too many things pictured to point them out individually but I do want to give a shout out to my first purchase of kale (thank you, Jesslyn,)! Damm Good Stuff local seasoning, Little Bear fresh Vidalia onions from Rouse’s, my Sweet Pea oyster bead created by Ashlyn Stockstill, of Geaux Shells, my really special alligator pillow, those LSU Championship books, and the real beauty of those freshly fried fish! Yum!
