This week, we officially signed for the land that will become the home of the Roosevelt Business Park! This is a major step forward in expanding opportunities for business growth, job creation, and long-term investment in our community.

Projects like this don’t happen without strong partnerships, collaboration, and community leaders willing to work together toward a shared vision for Aberdeen’s future. We’re grateful for everyone helping move this project forward and excited for what’s ahead.

Congratulations to Shauna on her recent house purchase, an experience that was undoubtedly thrilling. As a realtor, we gain a unique perspective on every step of the process for first-time homebuyers. If a realtor isn't just as thrilled as their client during the first-time home buying process, then they're missing something crucial. We considered many properties that didn't fit the bill. Witnessing Shauna's reaction when we found the ideal property was incredibly fulfilling; it was a house that had been beautifully maintained and loved.
