Growth has been on my mind lately. 🌻

These are fresh wildflowers I cut this morning from seeds I planted myself. There’s something pretty satisfying about watching something start small, putting in the work, giving it time, and finally seeing it bloom.

Real estate feels a lot like that right now.

This market is taking a little more patience. Homes aren’t always selling in a weekend. Buyers are taking their time, looking closely and trying to make smart decisions. Sellers are having to think beyond simply putting a sign in the yard.

But that doesn’t mean nothing is happening.

People are still buying. People are still selling. Equity is still being built. And sometimes the best opportunities are the ones that need a little time and vision before you can see what they’ll become.

And if I didn’t sell houses, you’d probably find me working in a greenhouse somewhere. 😂🌻
