MEET JESS: Our Rockstar Principal Broker
With 8 fruitful years in Real Estate, she is now the Managing Principal Broker for Realty Executives Southern Living (RESL) office in Pigeon Forge.
When asked why she joined RESL, Jess explains that, "The values and integrity of RESL aligns with mine. I believe my team and I can grow together as we contribute experiences and expertise".
Throughout her career, she has invested and acquired valuable trainings and certifications from The National Association of REALTORS (NAR).
Jess is a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), e-Pro, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and is a Certified Price Strategy Advisor (PSA) which makes her skilled in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions about home values.
On top of these, she is also a Certified Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) specializing in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in resort, recreational, and/or vacation destinations.

Because of her dedication, genuine desire to help and patience, she has garnered many recognitions and sales awards from the industry.
As described by her colleagues and people who know her, Jess is an intelligent, dependable and a happy person to be around with. She enjoys traveling, exploring around - jeeping and spending time with family. She is also fur mom and loves taking care of her dogs.
