We lost an angel today.

Most owners would have rented it as-is. We gutted it instead.

When we walked through this dated Gatlinburg condo, every room said the same thing: used and forgotten. The kitchen had tired cabinets, old floors and a bathroom hadn't changed in decades. The bedroom were dark, the furniture was rough.
We took it down to the details; new cabinetry, updated fixtures, layered lighting, new furniture, copper sinks and real bedding instead of the thin stuff most rentals hand you.
