Fair question. They’re not. They come free with your stay, and you can use them every day you’re here.

About 5 minutes after you book, you get a link. You order your tickets there, as many days as you want during your stay.

Every listing says "close to downtown." So I timed it.

Front door to the Parkway: 4 minutes. No car, no parking, no circling the lot.

Anakeesta, The Village, Ripley's, restaurants all start within a four min walk from our condos in Gatlinburg.

Less driving, more vacation time.

I love trying new restaurants! This one was just amazing. Tucked off the main drag this restaurant is about a 7 min drive from Gatlinburg.

You can eat at the bar, sit outside, or try the numerous beers on tap.

This restaurant has it all.

What AI can't do....
AI can answer your question at 2 a.m.
It can't notice you mentioned an anniversary and leave a cake in the fridge.

Four reviews. Different months, different condos. Same sentence about the tickets.

I don't bring up the tickets to sound generous. They're real dollars you'd otherwise spend on attractions in the Smokies.

August 13–16: "We used two discounts and saved almost $200."
July 30–August 2: "We took advantage of the ticket offers Laurie sent and saved some money too."
August 28–30, a different condo: the welcome gift, the cake, the balcony.

Three separate stays. Nobody was prompted. Here's how it works: 24 attractions, one free ticket to each, every day you're here. Two of you go to Anakeesta, you pay for one. Next day, the aquarium, same thing. Ziplines, mini golf, Dollywood — the list resets every morning.

That's not a coupon. That's a few hundred dollars back on a four-day trip.

Dollywood to our front door: 5 minutes in the car!

When the park day is over and the kids are done, you're five minutes from the couch. No long drive back, no traffic, no one melting down in the back seat.
Everyone gets space to spread out, and there's still a table big enough for all of you. Dollywood in the morning, then come back, spend time together, or go take a swim in the indoor pool.

This is the family trip you remember.

I HATE fettuccine Alfredo but I LOVE the pasta in the wheel at Bella Restaurant in Maryville, made in the Grana Padano cheese wheel. It’s tastes amazing.
