Today I completed my 22nd Home Inspection. Out of those 22 Inspections 14 clients have done reviews, 13 on Google and 1 on Yelp. All 14 reviews are 5 star reviews. I am very proud of that. When I decided to get my Home Inspectors License, I did so because I wanted to help people. I wanted to help them make the most informed decision possible with regards to the purchase of their new home. I refuse to give any customer anything lest than my best. They entrust me to find any issues, big or small, with their new home and to me that is a big responsibility that I do not take lightly. And the fact that all of my reviews are 5 Star, shows that I am doing exactly as I set out to do.

So you don’t think you need a Home Inspection? Gutter Guards are meant to be installed under the lower row of shingles and extending out over the gutter. This is so water and debris will be directed to the gutter, water will enter the gutter and debris will be deflected off the gutters. There are people out there installing them like in these pictures. If they cant istall gutter guards correctly what do you think is being done with plumbing, electrical, etc. Don’t forgo the Home Inspection.
