The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Relief Foundation and Kentucky REALTORS® are providing $150,000 in relief funding to help those whose homes were damaged or destroyed during the recent storms and flooding throughout Kentucky.
Relief funds can be applied toward assistance with mortgage or rental payments, as well as lodging assistance for those who were displaced due to the natural disaster.
Relief assistance is limited to one month of housing expenses up to a maximum of $1,000 per household. Funds are applicable to those who experienced home damage in relation to the State of Emergency declared on February 14th, 2025. The deadline to apply for relief funds is April 30th, 2025.
