Every Monday should start with a closing! 🏡✨

Today started bright and early with an 8:00 a.m. final walk-through, followed by a 9:00 a.m. closing. After that, I spent the afternoon showing several homes to an airman relocating to Seymour Johnson AFB. It was a busy day, but the best kind of busy!

I couldn’t be happier for my buyers and their beautiful new construction home in Kinston, North Carolina. Elite Homes truly went above and beyond with the finishes in this home. If you haven’t taken a drive through Windsor Farm to check out their new builds, you’re missing out!

This transaction is also a reminder that not every real estate journey is smooth sailing. When we first started, everything seemed like it would be one of the easiest transactions. Then life happened. Unexpected circumstances arose. That’s just the reality of life. Maybe it a job loss, a job transfer, a sudden illnesses - situations arise that no one sees coming.

What matters most isn’t that obstacles appear—it’s how you respond to them.

Instead of giving up, we reassessed the situation, focused on the end goal, got creative, and found a way forward. Sometimes being a Realtor means thinking outside the box, regrouping, and doing whatever it takes to help your clients succeed. That’s the kind of service I believe every buyer deserves.
