Many people know me today as a REALTOR®, but my background before real estate was in private equity, where I spent 25 years working with institutional investors and helping raise over $6 billion in capital.
Over time, real estate became more than just an interest for me personally. Alongside my fiancé, who owns a local construction business, I also became a real estate investor and property owner here in the North Country.
Together, we’ve been involved in:
• Multifamily rentals
• Mixed-use properties
• Commercial leasing
• Residential rentals
• Development and renovation projects
Those experiences have completely changed the way I look at real estate.
I don’t just see properties through the lens of “Would someone buy this?”
I think about:
• Long-term potential
• Investment value
• Renovation realities
• Rental demand
• Commercial opportunity
• The future of our communities
The North Country is such a unique place with incredible opportunity, and I’m excited to start sharing more about real estate, investing, redevelopment, and what makes this market so special.
