Attic Inspection-Mold. leaky chimney,racoon feces,and snake skin. Seller had no idea this was going on.

Here is a good reason to get an inspection. House owner puts in a gas water heater and lets it vent into the utility closet. Which opens to the bedroom. When heating the water carbon monoxide enters the sleeping area. You wake up dead or with a headache.

My inspection found an occupant of the attic. I suspected Mr. Racoon was in here because of the soffit material was torn away. I put on my report that an eviction was in order for this house

Today I did a home inspection and gave my client his report via iPhone face time and displayed my pictures off my Nikon camera onto my ipad for a better display presentation. While my client sat at his desk in Dusseldorf Germany. My second inspection, I sent the report and pictures by email and got on the phone and made my presentation. While my clients sat at home in middle Illinois watching their screen on their computer. All questions were answered right there and they were satisfied with the report given. What used to take days now takes minutes.
