It only seemed the natural progression to make a living through these services and provide my clients with the proper documentation to use in their home purchase transactions. I also offer pre-sale inspections which is a great tool to inform the seller of what issues can be anticipated and possibly make corrections before they delay or prevent a sale. All of my reports include pictures and the description of any concerning issues as well as suggestions for safety repairs and possible future repair expenses.
