Two weeks away! On July 6, 2025 I committed to this goal. Early morning wake ups, hard training days, strict diet, discipline, and consistency. Now it’s almost time. This is my first competition and I chose to do something hard on purpose. I wanted to test my limits, my strength, and my dedication. At 53 (turning later this month) I’m stepping on the stage stronger than ever, physically and mentally. A new version of myself…..an athlete.
It’s never too late to set big goals and go after them.  Bikini Division here I come! Keep you posted.
