If you’re only going to stage a few rooms, make it the ones buyers notice most.

The living room, kitchen and dining room are where we recommend starting. These are the spaces that help buyers picture everyday life in the home and tend to make the biggest first impression.

We also always recommend giving the entry a little attention. It’s the first thing buyers experience when they walk through the door, and it sets the tone for everything that follows.

From there, secondary living spaces and offices can help show buyers how the rest of the home can function.

You don’t have to stage every room to make an impact. You just have to be intentional about the ones you do.
