This home has a story: It was listed with another agent for less money and had NO offers. The seller gave me a call and asked what I'd do differently. I can't say it enough guys - the DETAILS MATTER! The seller lived out of town which meant he hadn't seen the home in awhile. The yard was overgrown, there were cobwebs, a few light bulbs were burnt out and the floor had dusty footprints. A quick trip to the store, a few hours of sweat and hard work and we were ready to go. I hired an expert photographer, had a listing description that highlighted its best features, bumped up the price to reflect its true value and we hit the market. FULL PRICE offer in only TWO DAYS!
