According to the newest report from the Greater Central Louisiana REALTORS® Association:

Here’s a quick breakdown of the most common paint finishes and where they tend to work best:

✨ Flat/Matte
Great for low-traffic spaces like bedrooms and ceilings. It gives a soft, modern look and hides imperfections really well.

✨ Eggshell
One of the most popular choices for main living areas. It has a slight softness to it but is still easier to wipe clean than flat paint.

✨ Satin
Perfect for busy households, hallways, kids’ rooms, and bathrooms. It’s durable, easy to clean, and holds up well to everyday life.

Compared to this time last year:
• Closed sales are up
• Pending sales are up
• Home prices have increased
• Homes are selling slightly faster
