What an amazing surprise!
For those who may not be familiar with the real estate world, capping means that I have earned enough money for the brokerage that I can now keep that % of my commission.

But what it means to me is that I have been able to help that many folks achieve their real estate dreams!

Love what you do and you will never work a day in your life. Real estate isn't easy, especially these days. It isn't always glamorous. But, if you do it right and focus on the people you serve, it's very rewarding.

Today we honor the brave Veterans that risk their lives to protect this Nation, it's people and our freedom. We thank you for your service and sacrifice.
