🌟 Meet the Agent: Margaret Hickman 🌟

At Keller Williams Cenla Partners, we are proud to spotlight an agent whose dedication, experience, and servant's heart have made a lasting impact on both her clients and our real estate community.

After a successful and rewarding career with Louisiana State Government, Margaret Hickman retired and began a new chapter in real estate—a decision that proved to be the perfect fit. Since joining Keller Williams Cenla Partners in December 2010, she has built a thriving business centered around knowledge, service, and genuine relationships.

Committed to providing exceptional service, Margaret has earned the prestigious ABR® (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), and GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designations. She has also completed military relocation training and previously served as a relocation specialist, helping families transition into and out of Central Louisiana with confidence.

What Margaret enjoys most about real estate isn't just helping clients buy and sell homes—it's building lifelong relationships. Many of her clients become repeat customers, trusted friends, and referral sources, which she considers one of the greatest compliments in her business.

Margaret's leadership extends well beyond real estate transactions. She served as Chair of the Keller Williams Cenla Partners Agent Leadership Council (ALC) Culture Committee for two years, helping coordinate RED Day activities and contributing to meaningful company initiatives. She also served as Chair of the Greater Central Louisiana REALTORS® Education Committee, where she helped expand continuing education opportunities and instructor options for fellow REALTORS®.

When she's not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Margaret can often be found behind a piano. Having studied piano for four years at Louisiana College, she continues to share her musical gifts as her church pianist, a role she has faithfully served in for many years. She enjoys learning new music and participating in her church choir's Easter and Christmas productions, as well as weekly worship services.

Margaret is also an avid reader who enjoys everything from studying God's Word to diving into a great fiction novel. During blooming season, her page comes alive with beautiful photos showcasing her love of gardening and the beauty of God's creation.

In June, 2025, I vacated my private office in Keller Williams Realty Cenla Partners and moved home. I have officially scaled down my business. However, my Louisiana state real estate license remains active so that I can work with family members, friends, past clients and referrals from this group of people.
