Jason is the owner and principle home inspector of Pinnacle Inspections, LLC. Every day is different in the property inspection industry because practically every home is different from the one that neighbors it. This challenges a property inspector to develop and maintain the mental acuity to identify and diagnose countless structural and mechanical issues. Jason strives to deliver a consistently
first-rate service, attending continuing education conferences for KY and TN in order to continually improve his work. In addition to choosing home inspections as a profession, Jason currently works as a high school science teacher. Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master’s degree in Education from Union College. Through high school and college Jason was responsible for helping maintaining various structural, electrical, plumbing, and ventilation components for his late grandparent’s rental business. When he’s not inspecting homes, Jason loves to spend time with his beautiful family Amber and Whitney. Jason is also a freelance bass player and loves working outdoors and traveling to Dollywood for quick weekend trips.
