"Hi, I’m Kelly, the property manager for Universal Living at Pickens Bridge and Cherry Grove and I truly love what I do! Being a property manager is so much more than managing apartments—it’s about creating a safe, welcoming, and beautiful place that residents are proud to call home. Building relationships with our community is one of the most rewarding parts of my job, and I especially enjoy getting to know all of our residents… including their adorable fur babies! 🐾

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me hunting for unique treasures at thrift and antique stores, crocheting, working in my garden, or spending quality time with my family. I love finding joy in the simple things and bringing that same passion and care into our community every day.

Pool season is officially here! ☀️🏊‍♂️

Our community pool is now open for residents and their accompanied guests to enjoy. As you head out for some fun in the sun, please help us keep the pool area safe and enjoyable for everyone:

• Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult
• No food, alcohol, glassware, or animals permitted in the pool area
• No running or diving
• First aid kits are available in the clubhouse
• Adults should avoid swimming alone

Additional pool rules are posted inside the pool area. We can’t wait to see everyone enjoying the season safely! 🌊
