The Vintage Hammer, Make You Brush, and Marsha's ClayArt Pottery are excited to host craft events for Carillon residents this month:

Painted Mushrooms with the Vintage Hammer | Wednesday, September 23 at 5:30 PM | Craft Room
Join Christine as she guides you through painting a set of three cement mushrooms. This particular activity is one that Christine and her followers really look forward to! The cost is $40 per person which includes the cement mushrooms, all necessary supplies, and expert instruction from Christine. Please register by Friday, September 18.

Glazed Serving Bowls with Marsha's ClayArt | Friday, September 25 at 10 AM | Craft Room
Join Marsha to glaze a set of 2 squared off bowls with a twisted handle. These are great for serving dips, nuts, etc. just in time for entertaining during the holiday season! The cost is $45 per person. Once fired in the kiln, Marsha will deliver the finished product to the clubhouse for pickup. Please register by Monday, September 21.

Fall Flowers with Make You Brush | Monday, September 28 at 5:30 PM | Craft Room
Join Abby as she guides you through painting a Fall Flowers scene on your choice of the following:

11x14 inch canvas or 14" wood round
$35 pre-sketched
$30 no pre-sketch

16x20 inch canvas

This fun get together is just for the ghouls (ladies) of Carillon! Join us in the main room of the clubhouse on Thursday, October 29 at 6 PM to enjoy a w**e tasting with Javier of 34 Imports Inc. paired with CharBOOterie followed by a craft project led by Christine of the Vintage Hammer!

The cost to attend is $20 per ghoul. Please register with table assignments by Friday, October 23.

Put on your Halloween costume and join us in the main room of the clubhouse on Friday, October 23 at 6 PM as we enjoy a delicious Baked Potato Bar catered by Randall Roadhouse followed by an intriguing performance by mentalist Jym Elders.

After Jym's performance, stick around for the costume contest and some dancing!

The cost to attend is $13 per person. Please make your check payable to Carillon. Please register with seating assignments by Friday, October 16.

The Lifestyle Commission has combined two fall events (Rock For a Cure and Oktoberfest) to create a fun afternoon party you won't want to miss — ROCKTOBERFEST!

Join us in the clubhouse main room on Sunday, October 4 at Noon. We will enjoy a delicious authentic German meal catered by Renate's German Restaurant of Hanover Park, live music featuring Eddie Korosa Jr. and His Boys from Illinois (as seen in the hit movie, HOME ALONE), fun contests, and a Raffle!

The cost to attend is $28 per person. Please make your check payable to Carillon. 50% of this event's profits will benefit the American Cancer Society.

Registration will begin on Tuesday, September 8 at 10 AM in the clubhouse main room. No seating assignments for this event -- please plan to arrive with who you'd like to sit with. BYOB.

Raffle
Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5 and will be available for purchase at the event. You choose which basket you'd like to win, and we will draw winners at the close of the event. You must be present to win, so please do stick around!

Memory Table
If you have lost a friend or loved one to cancer, you are invited to bring a framed photo of them to be displayed on our memory table during the event.

Grab your lederhosen and your favorite b**r stein and help us as we support the American Cancer Society -- we can't wait to see you there!
