This settlement is ALL OVER the media recently, and a lot of what I've seen and read is misinformation. I've been asked by many people how it will ACTUALLY impact sellers, buyers, and agents. If you are interested, this article is the best explanation I've read to date. If it is approved it will not go into effect until July, 2024.
I do have some concerns (unrepresented buyer issues and VA buyers specifically) but I believe that when all the dust settles, the value that a good agent brings to the transaction will prevail in the end!
