Last night, we experienced a devastating fire in Downtown Piqua that impacted the entire Piqua Station property. Our tenants Smoothie Life and MB Aesthetics lost their businesses in a matter of hours. Winans office and storage area was also lost. Our hearts are with them today.

Our sincerest thanks to the Piqua, Troy, Sidney, Fletcher, Covington and Lockington Fire departments. You don’t need them until you need them, but the work those men do is incredible. We thank God for their service.

We are so thankful that no-one was hurt.

Today we will pick up the pieces and look to the future options and possibilities to rebuild.
