The story behind the “JUST SOLD”
In the heart of California's Central Coast, a family faced a tough decision—to leave behind their long-time home and move across the country to be with their daughter to lay down roots.
They trusted me to sell their cherished house, and I promised to handle everything while they packed up and headed east. With my team's help, we cleared out clutter, hired a pro cleaner, and staged the home beautifully. We went to market for sale at $585,000. The response was incredible—five offers, all above asking price. We closed at $620,000, surpassing their hopes. (Proof that staging is worth the investment and that you should always consider it when selling your home.)
It was an emotional journey, but seeing their home find new owners made it all worth it. As they left for the East Coast, they knew they were carrying cherished memories with them, and their old house would soon become a new home for another family to create their own.
And this my friends, is why I love what I do. Grateful for my sellers for trusting me and allowing me to make their house shine! Which in the end served their goals and got them where they wanted to be 🩷🏡🙌🏽
