Waiting for 3% mortgage rates to come back? 👀

Those 2–3% rates weren’t normal. They were historically low.

When rates drop, more buyers jump back into the market.
More buyers.
Same houses.
More competition. 🫠
So while everyone is waiting for rates to drop, there could be an advantage to buying before everyone else feels “ready.”
And if rates come down later? Refinancing may be an option.
