800 + new homes coming to Raleigh!⁣

According to the Triangle Business Journal, Doran Companies of Minnesota has filed new site plans for a subdivision with more than 800 homes at 6700 Rock Quarry Road.⁣
⁣
The 275-acre site will have 470 detached single-family homes, 31 attached single-family homes and 322 townhomes. In addition, twenty-six lots will be open lots. Doran Companies had the two- parcel property rezoned in October, which also allows for up to 300,000 square feet of commercial space.⁣
