Real estate is not always what it seems so with the good comes the not so good;

3 total months working with a buyer, 19 showings, 400+ miles driven, met inspectors, paperwork completed, hours of negotiations and all for it to fall through & unsure when they’ll buy again 🤗

This isn’t a post to whine but just to simply state there is always a story and they don’t always end happily ever after ❤️
