Good morning! I wanted to say again thank you for working with us to price Dad’s house appropriately. Our neighbor’s overpriced their house now been on the market for 3 weeks and already did 3 price drops …. Which makes it seem like something is wrong with the house😢 I feel bad for them being greedy but oh well not everyone can have a great, smart and motivated realtor💕
