One of the hardest conversations I sometimes have with sellers is that buyers don't always see a home the way the seller does. ❤️

As a seller, it's easy to look at your home and see all the potential...Maybe it has great bones and a lifetime of memories. You may be thinking that a little paint, a few updates, or some TLC could make a big difference. But buyers are looking at what's in front of them today...And they're also thinking about what it will cost them to make it what they want. 🤔

That's why pricing and preparation matter. Sometimes the best move is to make the changes. Sometimes it's to price the home with those changes in mind. 💸

Either way, my job isn't just to tell you want you want to hear. It's to give you honest advice, explain the why, and help you make the smartest decision for your situation. 🤝🫶
