🏰 PROJECT UPDATE: The Gothic Revival Custom Build 🏰

​We are incredibly excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at one of the unique and ambitious projects Griffith Construction LLC has undertaken.

Our clients came to us with a vision for a stunning, gothic revival-inspired custom home, and bringing this dramatic, historic architecture to life has been an incredible journey.

​True custom building means listening closely and adapting as a vision evolves. To ensure this home perfectly captures exactly what our clients dreamed of, we’ve made some fantastic design adjustments along the way:

​Elevating the Masonry: To truly ground the home in that historic, old-world aesthetic, we adjusted the exterior material selection to incorporate stunning, multi-tone flashed clay and handmade bricks. The texture and color variation add incredible depth and authentic character.

​A Dramatic Silhouette: We’ve dialed up the architectural drama by sharpening the rooflines and emphasizing those classic, steeply pitched gables that define the iconic Gothic Revival style.

​Grand Openings: We modified the framing layout to accommodate taller, more expansive pointed-arch windows. This not only maximizes natural light but perfectly frames the views of the property.

​From structural precision to the finest architectural details, our team is pouring decades of craft into making sure this home stands as a masterpiece for generations to come.

🏗️ Gothic Revival progress update!
​That vibrant red metal roof is almost complete, the brick chimney is looking sturdy, and that signature spire is finally crowning the peak! Still wrapped and in progress, but seeing the silhouette come together against the trees is incredibly rewarding.
