After years of saving, sacrifice, and hard work my clients finally homeowners 🏡🍾

After the first time starting the process we took a pause to better plan, prepare, and work out the financing. That strategy definitely paid off! We were able to get in contract and close within just 20 days of restarting the process!

We locked in a beautiful new construction home, beat out the first open house weekend with a string offer and aggressive terms and now they’re in their dream home.

And the coolest part of this is that the first family to close with my new company is my cousin rosana 🌻 and her family!

This is by far the most bittersweet announcement of my career 🙌🏽❤️‍🩹

Three years ago, someone took a chance on me. Today, I’m walking away from the only real estate home I’ve ever known — and I’ve never been more sure of anything.

I’m extremely grateful to 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 for the opportunity to grow and serve so many families. And a special thank you to my best friend and mentor Silvano Barocio | Bay Area Realtor — for taking me under his wing from day one, and for pouring into me these past 3 years.
You didn’t just teach me the business. You showed me what it looks like to actually care about the family on the other side of the transaction. I carry that with me into whatever’s next.

But whatever’s next started long before 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽. It started with my dad, who came to this country not speaking the language, and bought a house anyway. That became the stepping stone to providing us a better life.
I didn’t understand what that decision cost him until I got into this business myself. Now every family I sit across from, I see him — the ones who’ve been told they don’t qualify, don’t belong in this market, don’t have a shot.

Everything I’ve learned so far is pointing me towards one thing.
