Being a Realtor is always a wild ride. About 5 months ago I woke up to an email that I had received at 2 o'clock in the morning. The sender asked if I would be interested in showing them an old funeral home! I thought, this has to be some sort of a scam. A friend recommended screenshotting the email and asking Chat GPT if it were legitimate. I did and it was, I called the number and the woman told me that her and her husband were interested in Victorian style properties in PA and that they currently lived in the Washington D.C. area. We scheduled up some tours, tracked all over Western Pa and today we closed on this BEAUTY in Somerset! 107 W. Patriot St will be renovated and brought back to it's massive glory!
