So far the fastest.

The Previni’s said they wanted to see a house, and they meant it. They saw it on Zillow and asked to see it. After looking at it for a half an hour they decided it was time for an offer. Offer got accepted and here today.

Super nice people and very easy to work for. They knew what they wanted and acted promptly. Best of luck in your new home.

Congratulations to Malik!

Malik was gracious enough to let me help him buy his first home. After a couple of failed offers, we finally got a bite on this foreclosure. Even though our offer got accepted it was still a lot of hoops to jump through. But Malik was very patient and quick to get whatever paperwork needed done. Not only is he a good person but he is also easy going. which makes for a smooth transaction. You are a hell of a guy.

I said that I was going to try my best to donate a portion of my commission when I was fortunate enough to make one. So here it is. This one is to the Allegheny land trust. They are a non profit protecting green space in the the Pittsburgh area. About 3300 acres for public use. I personally have used this land numerous times. Either walking my kids in the woods or hunting. Here is a picture of a deer I took in bow season. Thank you very much for what you guys do. Please go to their website and check them out. Also a really easy way to conserve our beautiful state is to just pickup a piece of trash while you are out walking. Give it try!

When I am fortunate enough to earn a commission I am going to try my best to donate a portion of it. My first donation was a no brainer. It’s going to . is a coach, mentor, friend, and father figure to many people including myself. The man is completely selfless. He is always trying to build his peers up to be the best version of them selves. For that I am thankful and wish you the best in life.

Congratulations to these lovely folks. This was a tough one. We looked at many house and put in many offers. But after a couple of months of trying we finally landed a great house. Not to mention we got it under appraised value and we got a troublesome tree cut down. I wish you guys nothing but the best. Cheers to a great start.
