Take a look at those floor joists and make sure they’re in good repair! 🛠 This floor joist was cracked so we sistered on some lumber for reinforcement 👊

I don’t do “for rent” signs, but I do like seeing them - especially the ones with the handwritten info! TIP: they can be 👌 leads if you are looking to buy off market rentals🏡🏘.

This is in front of a triplex near me. The owner is a “mom and pop landlord” in his 70s, with multiple properties…

There are a lot of opportunities out there!! Don’t hold back if you want to invest in real estate. Learn, read books, listen to podcasts, talk to an active real estate investor, then go get ‘em tiger! Rawr. 👊

Carbon monoxide (CO) gas is a colorless and odorless gas (aka unnoticeable) that is potentially deadly at high levels. CO poisoning happens more in the wintertime because of increased usage of water heaters, furnaces, and other fuel burning devices in the home. We always have CO detectors in our rentals as well as our personal home to catch any high CO levels before they could be harmful.

Check to see if your home/rentals have CO detectors. It could save your life or your tenants life someday.

When painting a door (and trim) make sure you sand and prime before painting. When re-caulking, scrape and clean off old caulk first. You got this!!
