This place? An actual amenity unicorn—and it’s right here in Pittsburgh.

Hot tub? Obviously.
Sauna? Of course.
Outdoor patio? Yep.
Front porch for city watching? Don’t mind if I do.
Fireplace? Cozy.
Wine fridge in the kitchen? Necessary.
Primary bath - a full wet room? I mean… come on.
Soaking tub + waterfall shower? Say less.
Workspace in every bedroom? Overachievers.
Massage + wellness room? Now we’re just showing off.
Wet bar in the primary? Why not.
TWO rooftop patios?? Okay, extra.
Poker table? Game night secured.
And a garage… in Pittsburgh… for actual off-street parking?! We’ve seen it all.

A well-designed dining space feels welcoming, functional, and photo-ready — the trifecta of great vacation rental design.

Here are our must-haves for an Airbnb dining area 👇

1️⃣ Enough Seating for Every Guest – If your listing sleeps six, your table should seat six. Always. It’s one of the most overlooked (and most noticed) details by guests.
