A house my buyers have under contract is scheduled for appraisal, but we knew it would need some repairs in order to pass FHA requirements. Hence, the pizza party repairs day! My buyers were down, and we worked together to install hand rails, outlet covers, and switch plates ahead of the appraisal. This little bit of extra preparation can potentially save the buyer appraisal reinspection fees! 💪🏻🛠️💙
And the buffalo chicken ranch pizza never hurts!! 🍕😋
