Road to 26 Closings in 2026.
Here’s to number 6. With 203 days left in the year, that’s 6 Down | 2 Pending | 18 More to Go. 1 Active listing which I’ll be hosting an Open House for. Stay tuned into my stories for more details…

So, my favorite NBA team growing up, is in the finals for the first time since ‘99, and they are 1 game away from winning the title since ‘73. Last night’s game, the Knicks were down by 29 points. What looked to be over, simply wasn’t. They came back to win by 1 point.
Needless to say, this 6th deal looked as if it was going to be pushed back. However the resilience of my clients, myself, the title company, and the loan officer all pulled together against the odds, and hit that OG-esque tap in, for the game winning shot. Thankfully, we secured a home for a first time home buyer.

Moral of the story, no matter how many points you’re down, keep your head up, and keep pressing. 1 point at a time, every second counts. Keep pressing until the clock strikes 0:00.

4 Down | 2 Pending…🔄 | 20 More to Go, with 238 days left in the year. I have to admit, from down here that mountain 🏔️ looks incredibly high 😰. However, day by day 🗓️ and stone by stone 🪨 we’ll get there 🧗🏽. No matter what it looks like right now, never look down always look up, and keep climbing.

3 Down | 1 Pending…🔄 | 22 More to Go. As unpredictable that Real Estate can be, through all of its ups and downs 📈📉, you have to remain constant and grounded. Even in those moments, when it seems that everything is falling apart right in front of you, you have to keep it all together.

This for sure is a marathon and not a race. The name of the game is pursuing what you want, stay persistent, be patient, remain calm under pressure, and trusting the process.

Road to 25 Closings in 2025.
Here’s to closing number 13. The way it’s looking, I may not have met my goal by December 31st. However, I still set the goal. Not only did I set it for myself, but I’ve assisted 13 Home Buyers in setting and meeting a goal, that I’m sure at one point didn’t look too promising for either of us.
As we’re approaching 2026, I’m increasing that expectation to 26 Closings in 2026. So if you want to see if I hit that target 🎯, then you’ll just have to tune in…or maybe you can even help play apart in that process. I hope to see you along the way.

Road to 25 Closings in ‘25
Here’s to closing number 12. This one is super special, because I closed on 1 Million in sales in just 39 Days. As much as I was pushing to get it closed in 30 days, to have closed on 1 Million in 1 month, fate had other plans.

One thing that this transaction reminded me, was that IT’S NOT ABOUT ME! Or me meeting my own personal goals. As long as we keep everything together, the best way that we can to get to get everyone to the closing table, then that’s all that matters.
