The 3rd Annual Back to School Photo Shoot, was a hit! Thank you to my Community who pulled up to get 🆓 photos!! And thank you to Arabica Robusta Coffee House, for allowing me to host my event here. I had a great time connecting with some new folks and reconnecting with old friends. If you missed it, simply put, I missed you!
We will be back next August, for the Back to School Photo Shoot.

Road to 26 Closings in 2026.
Congratulations to my client on their purchase.
It’s always an honor to be able to serve the public, in the field of Real Estate.

So, I just closed up the 8th closing for the year. As we approach the middle of the 3rd quarter, I’m honestly not where I want to be. 😩 Moment of transparency.
So it’s time for me to start turning up the burners and get to cooking!!!! 👨🏽‍🍳 🥘. There’s 139 days left in the year. Question is: Will I make it to 26 Closings…? Stay tuned in to Rev’s Neighborhood to find out.

8.08 Today I celebrated 4 years of being a licensed Real Estate Agent. I am honored to work for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices BHHS The Preferred Realty, since acquiring my license.
I am very much thankful to the Jason Dalbey for giving me a chance, and trusting in me. Last but most certainly not least, a BIG special shout out to all my clients. You know we worked together to bring each other’s dreams to fruition. Though a lot of ups and downs, twists and turns, I’m glad to have chosen this path. 💪🏽 4 YEARS STRONG and many more to come!

School is almost back in session. With that being said, I am hosting my 3rd annual Back to School Photo Shoot event. This is just one of my many ways to give back to my clients and the community.

So if you have or know a student who would like a 🆓 Photo Shoot, then please sign them up and bring them. Every student under the age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Road to 26 Closings in 2026.
Here’s to number 6. With 203 days left in the year, that’s 6 Down | 2 Pending | 18 More to Go. 1 Active listing which I’ll be hosting an Open House for. Stay tuned into my stories for more details…

So, my favorite NBA team growing up, is in the finals for the first time since ‘99, and they are 1 game away from winning the title since ‘73. Last night’s game, the Knicks were down by 29 points. What looked to be over, simply wasn’t. They came back to win by 1 point.
Needless to say, this 6th deal looked as if it was going to be pushed back. However the resilience of my clients, myself, the title company, and the loan officer all pulled together against the odds, and hit that OG-esque tap in, for the game winning shot. Thankfully, we secured a home for a first time home buyer.

Moral of the story, no matter how many points you’re down, keep your head up, and keep pressing. 1 point at a time, every second counts. Keep pressing until the clock strikes 0:00.
