City Cuts is back and fully funded for 2026!

City Cuts provides free lawn cutting services twice per month for eligible Pittsburgh residents throughout the summer and fall.

Spots are limited — residents may qualify if they:
• Are 62 or older
• Are veterans
• Have a disability preventing them from cutting grass
• Have a household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guideline

I’ve watched this at least 5 times…you see a home, you’re on the fence…it doesn’t have the quartz countertops that you wanted or it doesn’t have a patio and a half an acre of yard or someone painted it orange and you can’t see past it then POOF…someone else saw the value and the vision and the home that should’ve been yours is GONE!

Not only that…you have to spend another 6-12 weeks (or months depending on your price range) hunting because nothing else is popping up! 😩😩😩

Don’t let this happen to you. Use your Agent. Use A.I. Use whatever tools you have available to help you see the vision and layout the plan to personalize the home to your liking. After all, once you get the keys…you have time to make the changes. 💖☑️

The Buyer’s Agency Agreement.

This is the moment you choose who represents you in one of the biggest purchases you’ll ever make.

Not all agreements are the same
Not all agents explain them the same

Here’s what you’re really agreeing to:

• Who is negotiating on your behalf
• How your agent gets paid
• Whether you’re locked into working with them

The part that catches people off guard is compensation

The seller does not always cover it

Depending on the deal:
• It may be fully covered
• It may be partially covered
• You may be responsible for the difference

That should never be a surprise at closing

Before you sign anything, you should be clear on:

• Length of the agreement
• Exclusivity
• How to exit if it’s not the right fit

If an agent cannot explain this clearly, you should not be signing with them

The listing agent. The seller. The buyer. The lender. The title company. But really the seller!! So patient. So understanding. So kind…I’ve never had a 60 day delay that was totally on my buyers end and the seller was so onboard!

But I’m really glad to have met and worked with my buyer - such a great guy! I have nothing bad to say about this one and let’s not discuss how amazing his new condo is (and the plans he has to update it. I’m happy. He’s happy. Everyone is happy. Just how I like it.

It took several trips to the next County (an hour each way), 29 showings, Lots of laughs and some frustrations but we found The One. They did it. Closed and funded with time to spare!!

I’m so happy to have been able to walk them through this journey to completion. Congratulations you two!! 🎊🎉🥰. Much deserved!
