Being a business owner means constantly being pulled in every direction. Everyone has their own priorities, and they’re often only focused on what they need from you in that moment. To stay sane and productive, you have to prioritize—or you risk losing both your mind and a lot of valuable time. Many of the things pulling at you can often wait or be handled by an assistant or team member.

On top of business demands, you have personal responsibilities pulling at you too. That’s why it’s absolutely essential to: 1) time block, 2) prioritize, and 3) delegate. Not everyone will agree with or like that you didn’t respond immediately or that it took some time to get back to them. But remember: your phone is for your convenience, not theirs.

Advancing Financial Literacy in Our Communities!

Today, we reached out to local school principals and superintendents to introduce a survey aimed at students. This is an important step toward establishing financial literacy centers in our community, providing essential knowledge and resources to those who need it most.

We are seeking support to get these surveys into the hands of students, parents, and educators who believe in the value of financial education and would benefit from the creation of these centers. If you know anyone connected to school boards, local leadership, or community organizations that can help us spread the word and gather valuable feedback, we’d love to connect.

Your help is critical in making this initiative a reality and empowering future generations with the financial tools they need to succeed!

Turning 30 today feels like a moment of reflection and new beginnings. By 25, my goal was to have a child—now I’m blessed with 3. By 30, my goal was to be a millionaire, and despite market challenges and business ups and downs, I made that happen this year.

Now, my goals go beyond finances. I’m focused on better mental and physical health, becoming a better father, leader, and role model. We don’t choose where we start, but we do decide where we finish. A mentor once told me, 'Why wait to be a billionaire to make an impact? Start now!' So, I’m starting now, working to build financial literacy centers across the U.S.

You don’t have to wait until it’s perfect. The right time is now. Just start!

We spent the first 3 quarters of the year buying up over $5M worth of Real estate, this last quarter we’re still buying as we have 3 scheduled to close in October.

However, the main focus is 1 closing out deals that we have already, 2 selling the deals that we have on the market, 3 evaluating this years performance & what we can do better on an operating stand point as we grow & 4 re evaluating our investment strategy, strategizing & putting in place a game plan to attack 2025!
