This one moved quick once it hit the market, but what you don't see is that we had been working together since the fall, getting everthing ready behind the scenes.

This deal was nearly two years in the making.

I began working with these clients in the early stages of exploring investment opportunities about two years ago. As we toured properties, their vision became clearer and more defined, but finding the right one wasn't easy.

Then luck struck. This property came back on the market just days before it's original closing, and we were first through the door. My buyers immediately saw the potential. After several days of back and forth negotiations, we secured it 30k under the newly reduced list price.

These buyers came to me with unique needs and a clear vision. But after exploring several options and losing out in a few multiple offers, defeat was setting in and they began to wonder if they could truly find what they were looking for. We paused, adjusted strategies, stayed patient, and sure enough, they landed on a home that truly fit both their personal and financial goals.

We actually closed on this one last week 😅 and then my whole family came down with a sickness. So I'm just now getting to celebrate them publicly.

They trusted me with their move… and it paid off.

I had the pleasure of helping a sweet family relocate to Pittsburgh. Brand new to the city, location was everything to this family, with highly rated schools and a quick commute at the top of the list. They had a short visit to house hunt and were feeling the pressure to find something before their home in Virginia sold, but we kept coming up short.

I widened the search and found a home not previously considered, but checked so many of their boxes. We did a video tour, they trusted my guidance, and went for it sight unseen.

When they came back into town for the inspection, they instantly fell in love with it! (as expected 😉)

Some homes are just meant to be and this one had that “just feels right” feeling from the start.

Family friends were looking for more space and a new school district. We searched for months and couldn’t seem to quite find the right fit. Then this beautiful ranch hit the market. The second they stepped inside, it was love at first tour. They just knew this was the home for them and so we made it happen!

At the closing table, it was all smiles and good vibes. The buyers and sellers connected instantly and kept the conversation going long after the papers were signed. Nothing but kindness all around.

These are the moments that make it more than just a job. It's about the people, the connection, and the joy of celebrating new beginnings.
