Washington, Uptown, New Kensington, and Shadyside. He moved to New York City after graduating from Duquesne and became a financial analyst. After spending a year in New York City he decided to move back to Pittsburgh to remain close to his family. Tyler's passion for real estate stems from buying rental properties in Pittsburgh. He decided to combine that passion with his financial analysis experience to help buyers throughout the city.

Congratulations to my clients on purchasing their first home! What a home it is! They're moving into this stunning property in the heart of Squirrel Hill. They lost out in a bidding war, but I was lucky enough to get a call a couple weeks later from the agent saying the buyer had gotten cold feet. They were able to snag this property for a good bit under their original offer and are now homeowners.
The tech, healthcare, and education fields continue to bring new, high quality jobs to the area. We are seeing an unprecedented rise in home values and strong buyer demand is still here for the foreseeable future. I'm excited to see what the rest of the 2021 and 2022 market will bring us.

I am so unbelievably proud of for everything she has accomplished in her first 9 months as an agent. She has already closed on nearly $3 Million, $2.5 Million currently under contract, and a growing pipeline of new clients.
After just 6 months of being an agent, she was asked to be in Pittsburgh Real Producers. That makes her the fastest agent in history to be featured in the magazine. Yesterday, that article was published and she is now the Realtor to Watch for all of Western PA. Not only is doing this in such a short timeline nearly impossible, but being featured is something that most agents never accomplish.
Her success is proof of her dedication, persistence, uplifting personality, and willingness to learn. I can only imagine the things she is going achieve as she continues to grow and learn. Congratulations Katie!!!

Congratulations to my sellers who were able to get 7% over asking price! We received 4 offers and had this under contract just 48 hours after showings started. ⁠⠀

The sellers did a great job getting the home ready and it really made a difference. We had 20 people through the open house and while it did become a little overwhelming, it was all worth it in the end!⁠⠀
