Usually I am trying to save buildings in the Uptown neighborhood of Pittsburgh. But today I am hoping to find a buyer to rehab this very distressed, historic property in Coraopolis, PA. It will take more money than imagination to do it -- the houses on this wooded two-acre lot are easy to visualize, but need everything. But I am optimistic there is someone out there who is up for the task.
