Huge congratulations to Karl and Tracey on “landing” 🛬their new home at 4084 Overview. After settling into their Coraopolis home back in 1994, this was their first move in over 30 years!

Karl, a retired pilot, already has plans for the extra bedroom… it’s officially becoming the flight-sim room, which feels perfectly fitting.

They fell in love with the very first home they toured, and sometimes that’s all it takes. When it’s right, it’s right.

A huge thank-you to Doug from Coldwell Banker for trusting us with his clients. He’s been loyal since day one of my time at PA Land Title, and working with him never feels like “work.” And a quick shout-out to Jess for being a steady, supportive lending partner throughout the process. 💪🏼

Some days, “working from home” means quietly knocking out emails in leggings with coffee in hand…
Other days, “out of the office” means wrangling a toddler with peanut butter in their hair at the pediatrician. Some days “business meeting” means bringing the kids here to my baby pool and having some white claws on the porch.

Motherhood in this industry is wild: one day the house looks like a tornado hit it, and the next you could literally eat off the freshly mopped floors.

✨ Real Estate Closing… with a Little Extra Sparkle! ✨

Summer closings can look a little different — school’s out, camps are in session, and sometimes our clients; real estate agents, and mortgage professionals need to bring their little ones along.

I usually don’t bring my daughter to closings… but today she was special *requested*! 💕 Char came in ready to help, made everyone custom bracelets, and we even had a pizza party right in the kitchen. 🍕✨

I love that she wants to be my little sidekick at work and match me. 🥰
It’s moments like this that remind me how special this business truly is — it’s about family, connection, and making memories, not just transactions.
