Broker’s Settlement Services was established in 1997 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We are a state-of-the art title, settlement and closing company that focuses on the individual needs of today’s Banks, Mortgage Professionals and Real Estate Brokers and caters to each and every individual client. We do this by learning their specific needs and developing a

solution while acting as their partner every step of the way. At Broker’s Settlement Services we believe that all real estate is local. We are a licensed title agency servicing the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia and West Virginia.
