Dani has been working in real estate for over 20 years and has operated her own brokerage for five of those years. Throughout her real estate career, she has consistently performed in the top 5% of Pennsylvania realtors and has specialized primarily in the East End neighborhoods of the city. She enjoys getting to know her clients on a deeper level to truly understand their wants and needs when it comes to real estate. Dani uses her creative negotiating skills to best represent her clients and more often than not win the deal. After running her own brokerage for several years, Dani decided to look for a real estate company who shared her goals and philosophy on providing a high quality of service to her clients. With Piatt Sotheby’s, Dani can continue to focus her work of providing unparalleled service, helping her clients achieve amazing results. In her spare time, Dani likes to garden and is learning the art of flamenco dance. She also loves to sail and owns her own sailboat that she has taken out locally in Moraine State Park’s, Lake Arthur. She’s been a resident of the Shadyside neighborhood for over 20 years where she lives with her son and partner. Dani also enjoys giving back to the community by sitting on the board of directors for Pittsburgh Soccer in the Community and serving as a crisis counselor for a Crisis Text Hotline. During her time owning and operating her own brokerage, Dani has donated 5% of her gross revenue to local charities and is committed to continuing this practice while working under Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty.
