You don't get to decide what your home is worth. The market does.

One of the biggest mistakes I see sellers make is pricing high with the idea that there will always be room to negotiate.

But overpricing can actually work against you. Fewer buyers see the home, fewer offers come in, and you lose the opportunity to create the competition that can drive your price higher.

The goal isn't to have the highest list price in Pittsburgh. It's to position your home strategically so buyers see the value and want to compete for it.
